Concerning the Carro Armato and Highly Flammable.
If the unit has a face up disruption counter on it and then receives two damages in one turn (face down disruption and face down damaged counter applied) does the -1 on all die rolls apply to the highly flammable die roll?

You'll note that of all die rolls for units the Carro Armato's Highly Flammable is the only one where good things happen on lower rolls rather on higher rolls. In my opinion this is just an editing oversight when the card statistic/special ability was made.

Interesting point about the M13/40's Highly Flammable roll being the only one in the game where you want to roll low instead of high. I suppose that depends on your perspective, though -- the attacker wants you to roll high. :)

However, if you check page 20 of the rulebook, you'll find that there's no rule stating a disrupted or damaged unit has a "-1 on all die rolls." The die rolls that suffer the -1 penalty are specifically restricted to attack dice. A damaged vehicle, for example, does not suffer a -1 penalty on movement rolls to enter forest or cross a stream.

So the answer to your question is no, a disrupted M13/40 does not have any modifier on its Highly Flammable roll when it receives a damage marker.

You know sometimes you read things that are not there!
I had thought that disrupted units get -1 penalty on all die rolls: including COVER rolls. Way off! Just re-read the rules on that topic and didn't note anything about -1 on cover rolls if the unit is disrupted.
