Give this one a shot. I tested it out, but I could use some criticing. This scenario does not refer to any specific engagment, rather it is representative of many small unit actions which occured along the road to Leningrad.
Leningrad-1941
A small unit action between German and Russian troops near Leningrad.
Victory conditions:
Axis: Must take the village on Charlie 1 by the end of turn 7.
Allies: Hold village until the end of turn 7.
Allied build: 93 pts

Axis build: 96 pts

Easy2 invert Able 1 invert
Able 2 Charlie 1
Special rules:
Ignore villages and roads on Easy 2 and Able 1.
Allies: Setup first on Able 1 and/or Charlie 1.
Axis: Setup second on Easy 2 and/or Able 2.
Optional rules:
Opposing forces should be approx. equal.
