Bonzai charge/angriff

can a soldier move there normal 1 movement during the assault phase and then, if they are next to the commander, move 1 and use bonzai charge since it says that, in the assault phase and adjacent soldier can move into and enemy units hex and make an attack on that unit? so does this mean a soldier can move 2 and then attack a unit if it moves into its hex?

Banzai and Angriff allow a unit to attack (with a bonus) after it has moved its normal amount. They don't increase a unit's speed or allow it to move while disrupted.
