Disrupted soldiers can't move (Angriff/Banzai don't confer any special movement abilities to overcome disruption). Because movement is required to get the Angriff/Banzai attack bonus, disrupted units can't get the attack bonus, either, except in special cases (an SS Haupsturmfuhrer, for example, has a special ability that specifically allows him to ignore the effects of disruption, so he could move and get the +1 attack bonus from Angriff or Banzai even when disrupted.)

So...if you had a Imperial captain and SS Haup...in the same hex. The SSH would effectively allow all the soldiers adjacent to use the banzai move and bonus?

right?

That's correct -- unless those adjacent soldiers became disrupted by defensive fire during this turn's Movement phase.

Also, if a unit is given the Angriff/Banzai bonus but gets disrupted in its starting hex by defensive fire, it can't attack because it hasn't moved into an enemy hex. If the defender waits until the attacking unit enters the defender's hex before using defensive fire, then even if the attacker is disrupted by defensive fire, it still gets to attack with the +1 bonus (and -1 for being disrupted, for a net +0).
