I assume there is no way to import a picture for your personal profile logo. Too bad. I wanted to import a picture of Grant. Maybe they could add some more Avatar pictures. Not a big deal, but Grant is the one I want. Cheers.

I've always wanted to use a picture of Sir Alec Guinness from the 1957 movie "Bridge on the River Kwai." I do wish Avalon Hill would come out with some more portrait pictures to use, like the Rommel Avatar picture.

I acutally would like the idea of being able to upload an avatar pic myself. Then I could actually use the "Purple Scorpion" icon/logo I created for my website

seems to me I saw a custom avatar on this board.
It was posted by "Dan" I think, and had a skull and torpedo design.

go into your profile and scroll down in the avatar section and you will see the link to post your avatar
I don't know if they have a size limit on them or not... another forum I frequent has a 20kb limit on the size of the file and must be no more than 80x80 pixels

The insignia is that of the USS COD a Gato class submarine from WW2 it is moored here on Lake Erie in downtown Cleveland... it is the ONLY WW2 submarine (Of its class for sure) that is preserved in its original fighting condition.... no special access for museum touring etc...
It features a working targeting computer, functional torpedo loading with a specially made cut away torpedo to examine the weapons of the time.... and is above all else very COOL!
Here is a link so go take a virtual tour of the COD!

DanI saw this part in the section that allows you to add your picture, but I've not been able to make it work. Apparently you have to create your own website or link it to a website where your desired picture is. Well, anyhow, I haven't figure it out.

Ok, I figured it out.. you do indeed need to have your image file located on another URL. Thankfully, for me, I have webspace through Earthlink and have a website up there, so I just typed in my own URL leading to the image.
Example.
