US Marines Attack at 3?

In the new version of Axis and Allies, can the US marines attack at 3 during an amphibious assault when attacking with an artillery unit?

This was already answered in another thread: :D Marines in A&A (revised) only attacks with a 2 for amphibious attacks ONLY and for (1) ROUND ONLY as well!!!

[note]: This is not A&A:Pacific, so NO-marines do not attack with 3 with artilleries!
