different boards?

Was there a change in the board since the original release? I notice that my Europe board is a bit different than the A&AM Europe map.

I think the map used for the A&A minis campaign was modified a bit. As far as I know; the "Europe" map has never been reviesd or changed in anyway.

Yes, the AAM campaign maps were modified, as were several rules, to make that campaign adapt better to the minis scenarios. The concept of continuing battles from turn to turn in the objective cities (which also don't exist in AAE or AAP) was added for that same reason.
