Can aircrafts shoot at units with superior camouflage (in cover) if the aircraft is at short range?

If not why?

you can, anything that is attacked by an airplane
does get cover, but the line of sight, is never blocked

and an airplane also does not get cover, never

edit: sorry i misread the rules, i haven't played planes
in a month, so i didn't remember the rules exactly

I belive you are incorrect Kommandant. Airplanes never get cover, Terrain never blocks line of sight, but ground units still get cover saves if they are in a cover providing hex.

Superior Camoflauge states 'while this unit has cover, enemy units can't attack this unit at medium or long range.' The Aircraft is a unit, so as long as it's not at medium or long range (which generally means adjacent) there's no reason it can't attack superior camoflauged unit.

Ignoring terrain for LOS and completely ignoring it are two very different things. Aircraft never get cover, as the rules explicitly state, but nowhere does it say their attacks ignore cover / have bombardment.

The only time a unit fail cover is when an Attacking unit have "Bombardment" for SA.

The Sniper is never shoot that way, nor a unit that have Superior Camouflage if the Bombardment Attacking unit is not at short Range.
