A&AM Manager with Formations

Yes guys,

you heard me right. I've updated A&AM Manager to now support army building using formations, and fix a few bugs.

Thanx to OIFvet here at the forum for entering all the formations so I could concentrate on writing code.

You find it at the usual spot, se below.

1.0.4b2
- Fixed a bug in Scenarioeditor which caused it to suddenly fail to loaded selected units.
- Added a Formations Editor.
- Added Army builder using formations.
- Added printing of formation built armies.
