"1 do luft dive bombers get their first round ability during the first fire phase?"
Dive Bombers "Your fighters may conduct first round tactical bombing runs. They are subject to antiaircraft fire as normal. In the first cycle of combat, if there are no defending fighters present, the fighters hit on a roll of 5 or less. In succeeding cycles of combat, the fighters hit normally. If defending fighters are present, this first cycle ability is cancelled." It is a first round ability only. It occurs during "regular fire" - i.e. roll all normal attacking units in order (inf, art, armor, regular bombers, dive bombers). The defender gets to shoot back with any units that are hit by the dive bombers. *** "2 dose enigma decoded allow you to say for example england owns western europe and they have trasports in the ajacent seazone between western europe and england, the question is can land units be shipped from england to western europe in responce to a german attack on western europe?" "Once per game, when Germany finishes its combat move phase, but before its conduct combat phase, you may make one special move. You may move any number of your units from any one adjacent space into one friendly space being attacked by Germany (Germany moving sea units to an empty sea zone does not count). Alternatively, you may move any number of your units from a space being attacked by Germany into an adjacent friendly space, but you must leave at least one of your units behind. This special move otherwise follows the rules for a noncombat move. If your units survive, they remain in the space to which they were moved. " The answer lies in the key words "adjacent space". England is not adjacent to Western Europe, so the answer would be no - you can't amphib units from UK into WEu using this National Advantage. If you already had units on board a transport in a seazone adjacent to WEu, you could move them in to support WEu. Alternatively, you can move all but one WEu unit onto transports in an adjacent seazone. Both of these possible moves can only be done IF the sea zone containing the transports is friendly. BW
