Expert bomber 1 and Expert Bomber 2

Are these the same name or not?

Can they stack?

In a past thread a poster said that expert bomber 1 and 2 can stack but not 1 and 1 or 2 and 2?

Help!

They are the same name, and they cannot stack. Changing only the number does not change the special ability.
