Transports - a sense of guilt

I feel guilty whenever i post here.. I tried on the main board, but i got varying responses.

Please answer the following questions - a simple yes or no will work for me.

Can a transport move 2 spaces and pick up a soldier?

Can a transport move 2 spaces, pick up a soldier, and move 2 more?

Can a Transport drop off a soldier and then move away?

Can a loaded transport move 2 spaces, drop a unit, then move again?

Can a transport unload in a space already occupied by another friendly? (3 units total)

Do you feel bad when you check books out of the library, too? No need for guilt here.

Yes. A soldier can board a transport that's in the same hex. It doesn't matter whether the transport has already moved, is waiting until after the soldier boards to move, or isn't going to move at all.

Can a transport move 2 spaces, pick up a soldier, and move 2 more?

No.

Can a Transport drop off a soldier and then move away?

Yes, if it didn't move before dropping off the soldier.

Can a loaded transport move 2 spaces, drop a unit, then move again?

No.

Can a transport unload in a space already occupied by another friendly? (3 units total)

Yes, but then your opponent gets to move the just-unloaded soldier to a neighboring hex of his choice.
